Peaceful Relaxing

Today I learned what "Peace "somthing" " was. We had to lie down and relax our body and our minds, we had to try and shut out everything from our mind and take the weight out of our body and let our thoughts float away like clouds but I felt like there wasn't much left in my mind except from lost thoughts and the sound of the recording from the mac. Because of this learning I can now use this for thinking up ideas in a much more peaceful and nice way. My next step in learning is to try and block out more things in my mind.
